This course explores bullying in the workplace. We will look at the signs and symptoms of bullying, the reporting process and the responsibilities of employers in relation to workplace bullying.

On completion of this course, you’ll be able to recognise the signs of an unhealthy life balance, understand how to achieve a healthy life balance, and encourage others to achieve it.
